3. Cancellations

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may incur a charge. Specialized logistics or long-term contracts may have specific cancellation periods defined in the individual service agreement.

4. Liability

While we strive for 100% punctuality, Motor City Services is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including extreme weather, major traffic incidents, or mechanical failure, although we will always attempt to provide a replacement vehicle.
